I recently treated my niece to Nox Cookies, and we ended up visiting two days in a row upon discovering one of my favorite, the raspberry white chocolate dipped cookie, is available every first Friday of each month. We also tried a variety of cookies, and my family was delighted with the excellent quality and perfect flavors. We actually liked every cookie flavor we took home.
On the first day, Nathan, the owner, took great care of us. And on our return the next day, Kris, who seems like the manager, made an exceptional effort to make us feel welcomed. Their friendliness extended to my toddler niece, who can't wait to go back, especially for the chocolate milk that complements her favorite M&M chocolate chip cookies. We’re excited to try their ice cream sandwiches when the weather is a little warmer. Yum!
Nox is conveniently located near the downtown Campbell Park playground, it's a perfect spot for a family outing with cookies, ice cream, drinks, and then off to enjoy the day at the park. Don’t miss out on the fun culinary excursions!
Reviewed October 2023:
I was genuinely surprised to learn about Nox in downtown Campbell. I first came across their cookies at Santa Clara University's business bazaar on campus, where the owner generously shared their delightful treats with the SCU community.
The large, soft and chewy cookie I tried was a pleasant surprise; it had a flavor resembling red velvet or raspberry and was half dipped in white chocolate, not overly sweet, which I appreciated. I wish I had taken two. LoL. Yummy. I hope this cookie, and similar versions are on their regular menu, so good!
Having found Nox, I plan to bring my nieces, nephews, and friends here instead of going to the other end of the downtown area. I'm looking forward to visiting the store this weekend to try out their ice cream and other dessert offerings.

We love Knox cookies! Knox Cookies is a delight for anyone with a sweet tooth. Their cookies, with their perfect balance of crispy edges and soft centers, are simply irresistible. Whether it’s for a special occasion or a treat for friends, Knox always adds a touch of joy. The warm, welcoming staff and consistent quality make each visit memorable. Knox isn’t just a cookie store; it’s a part of our cherished moments and community. I highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth, or just looking for something to bring to a party or get together.

Safeway has better quality cookies than this, and they will cost you a lot less. I bought a vegan lava cake, a variety of sugar, mini chocolate chip, and double chocolate chip cookies. Friendly staff.

Popped in on my lunch break to see what looks good, and instantly picked the lemon bar. Excellent flavor and texture: both sweet and tart with proper firmness. Only 4 stars because I've only ordered the one item. Will be going back for sure!

Need a pick-me-up for an afternoon energy slump? Looking for a dessert place after dining downtown? Stroll down Campbell Ave towards Railway and you'll find Nox Cookie Bar, which also serves ice cream and coffee, among other things. Chocolate chip is my favorite but, if you are affiliated with Santa Clara University, you may be interested in knowing the owner is an alum and sometimes has these raspberry white chocolate "SCU" cookies available!
I saw the neon ice cream sign. I ordered a double scoop on a cone. Ice cream was delicious, though I was disappointed that the scoops were rather small, compared to Baskin Robbins. Maybe the girl scooping didn’t want to put any muscle into it.
Or maybe management trained her to scoop lightly. Rap music played on the stereo, not my personal choice when eating treats. The music made me want to leave. The place was clean, but their front door needed serious cleaning, both the glass and the door.
I bought a chocolate chip cookie to go because I read the reviews on how good they are. I’ll be back, hopefully to experience a different employee that looks like they actually enjoy working there and smiles, and scoops bigger scoops!
