I don't know if it was a bad day or what, but the food was mediocre and the service was really slow. One server in particular was super grumpy and very unhelpful. We got our food long after a table that was seated 15 minutes after us and they forgot my son's food entirely. The party melt was dry and the soup was oily. I don't think we'll be back. This is unfortunate. It's a nice establishment. The decor is nice, the ambiance is nice, but the food is a different story and here's why: one of the orders came with wheat toast. Thankfully before my brother took a bite he spotted a dark spot on the bread...mold about the size if a 50 cent coin. A side order of French toast was drenched in egg that was not cooked throughly, it was mooshy. The country potatoes were boiled. The egg omlet was greasy. The children's pancakes looked like they were the Hungry Jack pancake mix. My nephew said that where "blah." It was sad.
