Overall pretty good. Better than grocery store bread but not on par with a real boulangerie. I tried very focaccia and stuffed bread items which were excellent. The baguette I had was not “traditional” as it was very soft and stayed so for days. The croissants tasted good but lacked correct lamination. Above average for Texas overall. A friendly welcome and atmosphere. Great bakery. I bought some wonderful rolls for the holiday. The sodium needs to be slightly reduced but, the spinach focaccia (sp) was good and filling.
