i ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday and was unfortunately disappointed -- the presentation was great and the service was on-time and decent, but the food itself was lacking in any real flavor. the cake was really dense and dry, and tasted bland despite being compromised of two simple and easy-to-make flavors. if anything, it was better after it had sat untouched in the freezer for a few days, as this allowed the cake to absorb some melted ice cream and soften up. i'm disappointed because i've visited the new city microcreamery in cambridge and enjoyed what i had, but this time, i was left picking out the only good bit (the cookie crumble) from my $60 ice cream cake. Love the Hudson New City Microcreamery! This part of Hudson is very charming and a beautiful place to visit! New City Microcreamery has the best ice cream around! Their vegan selection is always great as well!

Probably the best coffee I've had in a long time. I travel quite a bit so I taste a lot of coffee. I've even gone to Columbia just to get a good cup of coffee, and I can hands down say this place has some killer craft coffee. I tried an almond croissant for the very first time, and now I'm obsessed, and I'm looking for almond croissants everywhere I go LOL.

Delicious ice cream, tons of toppings, great staff, and beautiful decor!! Tried the Vanilla Bourbon, and the employee suggested cherry or candied walnuts on top. So I chose both, and it was delicious. I sampled the Baklava and it was delicious. This will be my next flavour of choice next time. Awesome place with awesome ice cream, definitely try them out!
