I’m here in Amarillo on a business trip and I have been to Napoli’s 4 times now and it’s been stellar every single time! Jennifer has been there everyday and she always greets me with a smile! Food was great! My waitress was really sweet and got everything out to us in a timely manner, but the manager of this restaurant ruined our whole experience. He kept yelling at the waitress and was being incredibly rude and disrespectful. We felt so bad for the server because he wouldn’t stop making a scene. I believe his name is rus. He was overall being horrible to his employees which was disheartening to witness. Nonetheless I will never come here again
