We used to take our family every now and then. Had a very bad experience not long ago. Owner promised to make it right and was going send a gift card so we could return sometime. Never did despite several times saying he would. Felt like this was unprofessional. I never asked nor expected anything, but once he took it upon himself to offer that, he should have followed through. Haven’t been back since. I just went here for the first time to pick-up a take-out order. I was shocked at the rude and disrespectful behavior from the young female waitress/bartender. She might be the reason why every single chair is empty at 8:45 on a Friday night. Belittling your patrons is not a winning business strategy. Especially in the hospitality industry!
