Amazing service, friendly faces, clean, and food was absolutely the best with fast service. Great price and will be coming back down here again tomorrow to try the pizza. Absolutely horrible service! Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Got a phone call from the driver an hour later saying he would be there in 5-10 minutes. 2.5 hours later we got our pizza and it was cold! Do you remember the pizza they used to give you back in grade school? This is similar to that except worse. Spent $150 for two “large” tasteless, bland, flat pies, and what looked like a prepacked chicken salad. Food: 1

Visiting Gatlinburg and needed a late night bite, so we stopped by Mountain Trail Grill & Pizza! It’s located inside a hotel and it’s a small spot, we parked right in front of the hotel and went in. When we arrived, it was 10 PM - they closed at 11. It was only one other couple dining there. Our waiter was so attentive and the pepperoni pizza was so GOOD and affordable! I should have gotten a video of that cheese pull! Definitely a great spot for a slice when you need one.
