I got the Mućkalica, well made and plenty of meat ! Food is very very good, and cheap too. Feels like a quaint Bohemian cottage inside, staff were very professional(and speak English perfectly). My wife and I were looking for a traditional Serbian and Balkan menu in the downtown. The most restaurants are quite modern. The decorations in this restaurant is quite suitable for a traditional restaurant and also the menu munches with this concept. The food is quite tasty and the portions are in a good size. There are also local draft beers. It's a little bit expensive but it still in sensible level. Unfortunately, the smoke is allowed inside but I think this happens in all restaurants of this town. The restaurant is traditional, the food is very tasty! Unfortunately if you are a non-smoker you have to sit outside because everyone smokes inside and you miss out on the beautiful traditional details inside! The waiters are very polite! The best restaurant we visited in the city during our 5 day stay. The food was tasty but not pretentious. The portions were huge and well prepared, not bland. The style of the place is classic for the Balkans, near retro and vintage but we all liked it a lot. We visited them two times and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. This was truly a pleasure being a guest at the restaurant and Inn. The food was delicious, the service extraordinary. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location could not be better. Nice, traditional full of tastes. For starter the soups are not veloute, and we found only one type instead of 4 as the menu had, and I ate there in two different nights. The cost is reasonable. The prices are pretty high for such an average food. Portions were small and the taste nothing special.. The waiter had an attitude and wasn't helpful at all. I liked traditional decor of the restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My last meal before departure. No reason to not give the maximum. Oh yes, staff is a bit grumpy. Oh yes, decoration is so dated. Oh yes, there might be cheaper options. I had some beers at the terrace, nobody complained I just had a beer. An tonight a real meal here at last. Serbian salad, the hot mushrooms ( on rice) . And a nice plate of tender beef skewers, well grilled. Beer at the start, slivovitsj at the end. 5/5, no complaints whatsoever.

Five stars is an understatement: - Fast and amazing service, even though the place was packed - Beautiful food in every possible way - Great selection of traditional serbian food - Last, but not least, the place has a really well done interior. This is a 10 star place and I highly recommend it to everyone!
