It pains me to have to write this review because I've been going to Mickey's since it was the old small building and have loved there food for over 30 years. A few years back I noticed the food quality was starting to slip but it was still a great spot with decent food. But unfortunately my last two experiences have been the exact opposite. The food just isn't good anymore and the last times have left me disappointed. I don't want to say a Tinley staple is starting to fall off but it appears to be the case after speaking to friends and family about the same experiences. I will give it another try in time because I have a lot of history and memories there but I guess good things can't last forever. I work less than half a mile away and have tried many restaurants in the area. Just had the grilled chicken pita, words cannot express how awesome it is, to try a new restaurant with little expectations and they come through! That was the best pita bread sandwich ever! Thank you Food: 5

Quiet place. Clean, but needs music. Ordered the big mickey. It's a double Cheeseburger with grilled onions. It's okay. Didn't like the bun. The meat was dry. Maybe it was precooked in a bin.
