I am gluten intolerant and really enjoyed the baked goods here! I tried a chocolate cupcake, a wookie pie and some ginger cookies. It is very fairly priced and worth every penny! I highly recommend if you are gluten free or vegan.

We stopped here on a roadtrip to Winnipeg, and everything we picked up was wonderful! Especially loved the poppyseed muffins. For gluten free, you can’t beat their prices.
Impressed by the huge selection of GF items and cosy dining area! Some breakfast and lunch items on offer but the real draw is obviously the baked goods.
There are baking mixes, freshly baked goods, and frozen items as well. We picked up a selection as holiday gifts for our gluten free and dairy free family members. The English muffins are so soft and fluffy, so much better than you can find in the grocery store.
The cupcakes are amazingly moist which is super unusual in gluten free baked goods, and the dairy free frosting is so good I kind of want to work here just to learn their recipe. Highly recommend the carrot cupcake. It’s a perfect cupcake to frosting ratio.
Will make sure to stop again next time I’m in the area!

Fantastic cupcakes!! I have been trying to find good gluten free sandwich bread, and they got it! Good stuff. The ND winter brings an occasional cold breeze dining in l, if you are looking for delicious gluten free food, it is more than worth it.

Hot Ham and Cheese
Mehl's gluten free pepperoni pizza is now one of my go-to pizzas when I'm hungry, hangry, and on the go with no time to worry about defrosting my own, baking someone else's, or otherwise feeling lazy. The staff answered the phone during a busy lunch hour and promised to have my pizza ready exactly when I needed it on a tight personal business schedule. When I arrived, it was waiting, fresh and hot. Since it was so good, I ate the whole thing. It was reasonably priced, well made, and the cheese and pepperoni tasted exactly like a pepperoni pizza should with little hint (to me) that it was gluten free. It was just enough to leave me wanting more, but satisfied that there wasn't. I'll definitely be back. For the sake of my waistline, it probably shouldn't be soon, but for the sake of the happiness of my soul, it better be today!
