Incompetent staff cannot even serve a coffee without a load of aggravation. Walked off without drink. The last McDonnells restaurant I will ever visit thanks to their substandard service.

generally dirty tables, I don't understand how you can serve customers with such a dirty counter and give them food there??

Great customer service! They had forgotten both of our french fries and was willing to replace them when we called. Plus more! Danny and the crews went through all the miles to prepare the complimentary food + ice cream for us. I am very impressed by their service mindset & dedication which are very rare to find in The Netherlands. 10/10! Service Take out Meal type Brunch

A McCafé that respects itself with proper equipment , that’s how I like it. The one star is missing unfortunately due to the cappuccino being extremely hot (not sure if it’s from the milk or espresso setup) but it has nothing to do with the barista . The handling that the“barista“ had to do she did properly (it’s sad but in most McCafés seems like they don’t have proper training ) and she was very friendly. All in all it was Definitely one of the best Macdonald stores I’ve seen .
