My far the worst McDonald's ever everyone is super rude you wait for hours place a same day order they just had it sitting on the counter so many people standing over it ask for my drink and got nothing but attitude and it not just once in a while everytime I come everyone is so nasty I would go to a different one if there was one near by I only go when there nothing else to eat thinking it will be different this time and it never is they should be investing or retrain their staff I understand customer service is hard but it must be harder to be rude and angry all the time do better and the place is dirty Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Can I give ZERO STARS? Service is beyond slow and extremely disrespectful. Not only do the employees not greet you, they actively ignore you when you address them! I watched a male employee, who called himself management, (evening shift) go to the drink machine, pour himself a drink, drink it, walk sloly to the bathroom and return 3 minutes later. All the while his staff was getting slammed with business. He couldn't have cared less. Once I waited 5 minutes for my order. When an employee finally handed it to me I discovered that it had been on the counter the whole time. When I asked him about this he mumbled something at me and turned his back on me. Upper management needs to clean house. Not worth your time or money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place has gone so far down hill its nuts. The bathrooms are locked so you have to track down an employee to use them, they were out of pretty much every fountain drink last time we went. I asked them for Splenda and they pulled out some from a drawer that looked like this and stuck together. They're always out of happy meal toys, they've messed up the order every single time. Extremely slow. We ordered 2 items from the value menu - 1 chicken burger and 4pc McNuggets. We were the only ones there and it took over 15 minutes to receive our food! The staff did not inform us that there would be a delay either, and didn't apologize for the wait. Such a waste of time. Very rude. Attempted to get food from here 3 times in the past couple weeks. Every time it's my turn to order in drive thru I hear "I'll be with you in a moment." Fine no big deal. Then they take the other lanes order before me and never get to my order. Today I watched 3 cars that got there AFTER me get their orders taken while I'm just sitting there. This is ridiculous. The place was okay. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled like poop and trash was overflowing. The ice cream machine was not working and the staff member who took my order was unaware of it. Went through drive-through and bought a value meal for my grandson. They would not give me any sauces for his McChicken sandwich or his nuggets, because I did not order them at the microphone. I cannot believe that you are so stingy that you will not provide the sauce with the meal ordered. The food at the N. Main St. location in Elmira New York is always cold, and the service takes forever. Very poor management at that restaurant I will no longer patronize.
