Our experience would've been better if the drive thru would have been friendly and placed the condiments and napkins in the bag like we order.Felt like we were bothering the employees Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So, the Men's bathroom was disgusting, there was dirt, straw papers, and just filth in the sinks, like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Only 1 of the air dryers works, and both of them had what was left of some type of liquid that was dripped on them. Then, to place an order, my wife went to the counter. There was a sign that said to use the kiosk. Ok, the kiosk does not have all of the menu options available on it. So we went to go through the drive thru since there apparently was no one inside at the counter. The line for the drive thru was moving 1 car for about every 3-4 min, with 5 cars in line, and only 1 of the 2 drive-thru lines even open. We went across the street to Hardeez instead, and the food was waiting for us by the time we got from the speaker to the window. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

6am and the manager has a nasty attitude. I get if you don’t want to deal with anyone that early in the morning, have corporate change open and close times. Dinning room and drive through clearly say operating hours. It’s no wonder some customers lose their minds with these managers because most of them have nasty attitudes. Conveniently located close to I-95. Has a double drive-thru and ample seating inside. Very slow to receive food and it could be better kept. Two self-service machines were down, both napkin holders were empty, and most of the available tables were dirty. Could benefit from greater staffing to better meet the demand. Horrible!!!! Customer service! Rude manager (black women with long hair braided colored-whitish and black) was need to identify her like that because she was not willing to provide me with her name when i asked.No manners at all, alll the crew seems to be scared of her, also I was not the only customer who she was rude to. Overall, it's a big zero .

I don't even want to give it 1 star,,but ya gotta. Do Not go here!! Sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes( cause we've been on the road all freakin day) we were starvin! They took one car maybe every 15 to 20 minutes. We see 2 employees walk out together to take trash out,,we ask what's up,,oh,,we only have 3 people working,,,So,,,only one takin care of business inside?? Wow!! Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life!!! Stear clear folks!!!! Merry Christmas to us!!! Lol

Food as to be expected, waited in the drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time. The line backed up at the order booths with 0 people waiting to pay or pick up food. Seems like they are only taking 2 orders at a time, making everyone else wait and only fulfilling those 2 orders. What can you say about McDonald’s. If you like McDonald’s this place was fine. I love the ability to buy via the app and a lot of deals via the app. It was really busy so service was slow. Sometimes when I'm working away from home, I'll get a hankering for a Big Mac. Fortunately, no matter where you are in the world, that cholesterol filled fat rocket tastes exactly the same. Unfortunately, the service is the same too. Wanna ice cream? Hell nah. Order at this robot, we'll get you (eventually). Wanna pay with federal currency? Not here you won't, Cards only. Want it fast? Not anymore. Wanna large? Are you sure? Are you positive? You don't wanna upgrade? (Robot will literally ask you 4 times) Oh, well you're getting a large cup anyway cause that's all they got.
