After we ordered and paid, got meal but was informed there were no drinks that contained ice cream as a machine was broken. Burgers were fried to dry. Kiosk ask us to take a number but there weren’t any. Our experience was terrible and very high price. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My mc chicken had mayonnaise slathered all over it to the point it was all over the wrapper; which is not that big of a deal I get it you gotta rush through orders sometimes. I’ll just wipe it off. In the process of doing so I flip it over take off the bottom bun & find what looks to be a zip tie!! Burnt into the bun. I’ve never worked at McDonald’s so idk what goes on in the kitchen but I’m pretty sure zip ties are not apart of the secret recipe. What if I didn’t check it? What if a kid ate it? Better yet what if got lodged in the throat of and unsuspecting great grandmother who’s been eating McDonald’s mc chickens since their inception in 19XX? Like how does that even happen?? Half my order was missing and the prices here are astronomical compared to most other McDonald's locations. Food I got was fine, I guess, but overpriced especially given how much was missing. terrible! I took a burger and fries and everything was old, they prepared this food probably an hour ago. and also the prices are unreasonably high. Drivers, choose any other place to stop Food: 1

WARNING to all I-40 travelers: Avoid stopping at the McDonald's in Bellemont. I took an exit from I-40 hoping to grab breakfast, but to my dismay, at 9 am, they had run out of Breakfast Burritos. If you're journeying from the NM area, consider stopping in Flagstaff or continue 20 more miles beyond Bellemont to reach Williams. For those on the CA route, Williams is a better option. It appears that the managers at these other locations are more competent. The individual in charge at Parks McDonald's either needs proper training or should be replaced. Such incompetence is unacceptable for a fast-food establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different stop along your route. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’d give this a 0 stars just for the customer service from the manager, Carmen. We’ve been coming to this Mcdonalds as I work down the street in construction and they’ve been really nice and understanding with the loads of customers coming in. However when it comes to quality of customers she misses, another employee, Chris, apologized on her behave as she didn’t want to “deal” with us. We went thru the drive thru today, everything was normal until we got to the window and when we asked for sauce she closed the window so fast and never came back. Another employee had to assist us. Idk after working long hours and breaking my back this is not the kind of service I’d want anyone to be treated with. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Hungry for breakfast and don’t have 45 min to wait for a table at a local restaurant? This McDonalds is clean, efficient and has great service. It’s hard to beat their coffee as well. Plenty of clean dining tables to enjoy your meal

Should've gone to Subway instead of here. I recommend coming here only if you have a lot of money you are willing to spend and are craving McDonald's. We visited on our drive. The prices were not worth the food. We were unsatisfied when we left. The staff wasn't very friendly, but they were not rude.
