I ordered a large fry with my meal because I mostly wanted Frys and they only filled up the container half way and didn’t want to reconcile the discrepancy. I told them I just won’t order “large” anymore if I don’t get large size when I pay for it and the gentleman who took my order fixed it and apologized. Thank you to him, but the supervisor needs customer service training. Also, I got a chicken sandwich meal and waited a good 10-15 minutes for it and when I checked on it one of the clerks said they had to make more fry’s because they ran out, but my entire meal was cold and the chicken in my sandwich was tough like it was reheated or something. This place NEVER puts the requested condiments in their coffees or iced teas. I have asked specifically before I drove away if they put the condiments in and they lied and said YES. I used to work for McDonald's and we got in big trouble if we messed up the drinks and this keeps happening over and over. Train your employees to do better. This is absolutely unacceptable for the paying customers!!!

Been here hundreds of times. Some good some bad. Overall this is just an average McDonald's. They'll mess up your order now and then especially if you are making substitutions. One of the better McDonald's. Lunch crowd, in and out. Locals and travelers off the interstate. Our Double Cheeseburgers were hot and fresh. Fries were crispy, and they didn't act annoyed when I didn't have my brain together after a 5 hour drive with a 4 year old. Service was quick, food tasted good, and they didn't make us use the self order kiosks. They also gave a lot of napkins, and our special order dry hamburger for the child was correct. For being McDonalds, it was pretty good! The service was great. The food was good and fresh. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms (that were shared with the store next door) were good too. There is food on the floor, on the seats, but the tables are wiped down, so there’s that. The staff are very friendly, the manager will bring you your food if he has time, the crew are mostly wearing uniforms, one of the crew -tall dude, beard, no hair net, and a Hawaiian shirt and jeans. Ah, to be young and disorganized, I’m sure we can all remember those days, maybe lol. I had two Quarter Pounders with cheese, one light ketchup. One had the regular amount, the other was swimming in ketchup. Odd, they just closed the lobby - While we and other guests are still here! Hopefully they clean their dining room. If you need to go to the bathroom, you have to go to the adjoining gas station (Coburg Market) and if you didn’t read this and know and allowed your child to go alone you you find that they can’t come back they way they went because the double door is one way. I’m so glad I don’t have my little with me at this place because they would find themselves on the other side of the building frustrated and scared about how they were gonna get back to their mother and I… Why am I going two stars(?) because my cashier did the best she possibly could, the parking lot and bathrooms are clean. I wouldn't say that there was anything particularly exceptional about the stop, other than I stop here on almost every trip as it is so convenient to go to without losing much driving time. The bathrooms were impeccably clean when they first opened, they have not kept them up to the same level of quality, but still significantly cleaner than any rest area. I highly recommend the stop if you are in a hurry and need a convenient stop. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
