If I could give ZERO stars I would! 100% WORST McDonald's I have ever been to! Raymond is a small town. Living here, I want all businesses to succeed so I tend to overlook mistakes, downplay negative experiences, and give multiple chances. However, I can no longer stay quiet about how much this store SUCKS. 9 times out of 10 my order is either wrong or missing something. Today it happened again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Super nice and clean McDonald's where they will under cook your fries (4/5 times) over cook your breakfast sandwich (3/3 times) and all fries and nuggets cone with extra crispy burnt tidbits for extra flavor (5/5 times) best of all when you bring it to thier attention they will act like it's your fault and suddenly every person there is "the manager" I'd call and complain to corporate, but what's the point from the top down nobody seems to care about their job at this location, customer service, or basic work ethic. I've been to a lot of good and bad places, both dining and fast food, and it takes a lot for a place to stand out as this bad all around, especially for a chain. Not once have I ever gotten food replaced or a refund or even an apology for poor everything . If it wasn't the only open place to eat most the time I'm in town, I wouldn't punish myself repeatedly by going there. I feel now starving s to be a more enjoyable option. They got our order right at the speaker but wrong at the pay window. We ordered 3 of the #3 breakfast MEALS with one coke and one iced mocha latte'.. they said we did not order meals they charged us almost $50. ($48.??) Then we had to pay separately for the coke. The iced mocha looked like dirty water with ice. All three of us tasted it and about threw up. We asked for a small handful of ketchup packets (asked 4-6) the window didn't give us ANY. They had us pull forward, we waited for over 10 minutes. My adult daughter (43) walked around to the front door and asked for a handful of ketchup packets, the person gave her 2! She told him we got 3 meals and 2 packets just is not going to work. In the mean time the 10 minute wait was just for the iced mocha latte. We got on the freeway and realized that someone gave us 4 #3 meals and rung the order up as individual items NOT MEALS. They messed up our order from the very beginning. $50. Is a lot of money for us. I'm disabled and live on $440.a month. My daughter is a single mom living on $520.a month. Worst mcdonalds ever . They forget items all the time. Then most recently they tried to say they couldnt refund our money for frappes ,cause we used the app to order them. Staff is so rude, I ordered a meal for my family and they were basically calling me fat, I heard someone in the the back say “damn,3 triple cheeseburgers!?” You guys need to stop hiring Highschool kids and start hiring grown adults. Just saying… Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
