Food was good. But the service was not good. We ordered from a kiosk because no one was at the counter and then had to pay at the counter and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to help us. Then we needed extra condiments and had to wait another 5 minutes for some to help us again. Wasn't busy inside or drive thru so don't know why they weren't at the counter. But food is always good. Disappointing service. Entered lobby 10 pm to order because I was traveling with a trailer and could not go through the drive thru. A couple of minutes after entering I had to ask the young lady to take my order. She then proceeded to tell me that the lobby was closed. I told her that the door was open and the sign said lobby closed at 11:00. She gets the manager and she tells me that I can order through the kiosk. I place my order…15 min passed so I had to call them out from their lively conversation to ask for my order. She checks and states that they were waiting in the bacon. The mcdonalds app rarely works at this location. When they run out of an ingredient they don't say anything and do nothing about it when you call back. From lettuce, Mac sauce, pickles, to drinks. Have to stick to basic sandwiches because of what they run out of. I used to work there 20 years ago. Smh. Do better!
