If I could give 0 stars that would be my rating! I went through the drive thru, my order was completely wrong. When I asked the head manager with the name tag Carrie, she rolled her eyes and had to fix my order. Like I was interrupting her day. She was at the front counter swearing and using extremely inappropriate language with her staff. They were laughing and ignoring the old women standing at the front counter. having conversation that should be in private! That manager is the worst representative of anyplace. This store is horrible. The adult head store manager, multiple other managers and employees (all adults) assisted in helping my 17 year old son in running away. Letting him stay at there houses (multiple of them) as a run away Minor, smoking weed. I even spoke with corporate about the situation who did nothing! There is so much dirt that goes on there, from allowing minors to be at some of the managers houses, to allowing drugs outside, to the way they treat their employees. Honestly it’s embarrassing for all McDonald’s!! Eventually all this stuff is going to come out! The whole team there is soooo beyond messed up! And it’s sad they have their own children. The manager is one of the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen. The whole crew is unprofessional, between the inappropriate language to each other in front of customers, & the employees being out back smoking weed it’s just disgusting. The adult managers are extremely unprofessional towards the teens. They hang out outside of work. It’s an extremely sick place!! Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have given this place 3 tries the wait in drivethru is awful if more than 5 cars in line drive to gardiner it would be quicker my wait was 30-45 mins and that's the best time yet. The owners must really treat their employees bad because they are short staffed for the past 4 months I know of sofar. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked into the restaurant while I was talking to my wife on the phone. I had been there the night before and the tables were sticky and gross. I made it off-handed comment to my wife that I'm back in this disgusting McDonalds. A woman, who I surmised is the manager named Karen. Said, "excuse me what?" I simply said that the tables were gross. She looked at me and smiled as I ordered without saying another word. Creepy and off-putting. Might I suggest that if you spend your time cleaning the tables rather than sitting there doing nothing you might not have to deal with these types of complaints. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
