I had read the other reviews for this location and thought no way could it be this bad, but I was wrong. It truly is that bad. I ordered two meals and it took 21 minutes for them to get it out to me. Once I receive my meal I took a look in the order was wrong. Also, it was as if they had just thrown all the food into, the bag, the fries and chicken nuggets were upside down and poured all over the inside of the bag. The other two people in line with me also all waited between 20 and 30 minutes to get their order. The staff just seem miserable and don’t really care to do a good job . There’s plenty of McDonald’s around so there’s just no need to go to this location. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in right before 11AM. The kiosk still had the breakfast menu, so we went to the counter. The manager was there and 2 more male workers, no one asked us if we needed help or took our order. It is normal in this place to ignore their customers. I heard the manager saying that the kiosks were there... I was thinking, well 🤔 I would have ordered the lunch from the kiosk if only the kiosks had the right menu. Their customer skills were so poor. There was only one worker who kindly helped us. She was on her way out to eat, but she stopped and helped us. She saw how ignored we were and took our order. Got a coffee as well. The coffee was cold, I returned the coffee, hoping that I would get a hot 🔥 coffee this time and what I get ? another cold coffee. I tell you, I just can't make this up. At this McDonald’s they must have forgotten that they are a “Fast Food” restaurant. On 29 December I ordered in the dining room and it has been 35 minutes and I still don’t have my meal of a simple double cheeseburger and fries. I have watched the three people that had ordered ahead of me get their food really slow and bring it back for errors… All three brought their food back for errors…. The drive through is completely backed up as well from the slow service. I finally got my food in a bag that was too small to hold it so the fries were literally falling out of the top as it was handed to me… I would skip this McDonald’s and try your luck elsewhere. Drive through mobile order, made to go around front, though not a car behind me. Cones in place made it impossible to turn. Then when I got home I only had 1/2 of a big Mac. Everything about this McDonalds reeks of poor management. The drive-thru took over 20 minutes, with them asking me to park while other cars were served at the window. Huh? They only gave me my food in the parking lot after I was walking to go into the restaurant, so I think they forgot about me. No apology or anything. Ice in the soda had melted, fries were cold, and one of the drinks was wrong. Absolute nightmare... drive another mile to a different location. Service is abysmal at this location. They parked us to finish the order- 1 kids meal. There isn't a good parking scenario here, I was told to flip a u turn into the next drive lane....driving a 3/4 ton pick up. They insisted because there were people in line behind me and they needed to serve them their food..... then they parked them too. How long does 1 cheeseburger take to make??? Food: 4 Service: 1

How hard is it to follow instructions??!! I put an order in through app ( just for a damn Carmel macchiato ) I pay for extra stuff and 1 the cup is only half full.. anddddd the stuff I paid extra for is obsolete ... Honestly, the worst customer service. Been here more than once and they fail most of the time. First time I order a breakfast with hash browns (plural, means more than two) with another extra hash brown on the side. I should get at least 3, instead I get 2. I say something to what appears to be a manager (black shirt, black apron). They say I'm wrong and do nothing about it. Second time I order breakfast by drive thru. Order two sandwiches and different breakfast to avoid the same problem. 5 minutes, looks like the same manager bringing out the order, she rolls her eyes and hands me someone else's order (two different sandwiches and some pancakes, no breakfast). I just drove away. 10/1/23 2:30 pm It's been a year now, some new employees. I give them another try. Employee at drive thru window looks familiar. I get my drink with a FOOD HANDLING GLOVE purposely buried in the ice of the only drink I ordered. Thanks McDonalds. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I didn’t eat here due to Door Dashing. But I’ve never seen a McDonalds like this one on the interior. Since photography is my passion thought I’d capture some photos. The staff were super friendly and wonderful. Plus the restaurant was super clean. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

IT’s McDonald’s! Convenient and inconvenient. Placed my order through the app, it’s kinda hard to prove that you did or didn’t order this or that unless you can see it. My order was correct aside from no creamer, sugar, ketchup, napkins and utensils for a to-go order. (Yes, I did request them) A nice gentleman came out with my order. Drink trays do not hold drinks firmly and drink lids are not properly sealed. Spilled coffee all over the car and my lap.
