Placed an order online, got a confirmation, but apparently the order didn't go through. It was very busy and I had to wait for awhile before talking to an employee. They kindly filled the order and gave an extra sandwich for the inconvenience. I appreciated their help, but it ended up taking 20 min to get my lunch. Not really sure of about all of negative review. I visit this McDonald's location frequently, and I must say it's the best one in Lancaster! I think it gets a bad rep because it's not located in the best part of town BUT I have never had an issue here and I have been frequenting this location for several years. My food is always perfectly made! They're even better than the McDonald's in Manor Shopping Center! Every time I go to that one, my sandwiches are always hard and crusty on the ends and the sandwiches are sloppily thrown together. I won't even go to that one anymore. But at THIS location, my sandwiches are neatly made, and moist! No hard edges! I love this location and am a happy customer! Keep up the great service West King Street!
