The most dirty McDonald's I have ever visited. Full trash cans so people just gave up and left trays with trash everywhere. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Food was delivered to table fairly quickly and tasted good. They have a spacious outdoor seating area. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person kr 100–200

Eating here is okay, but bring enough time - it's not a fast food restaurant... This is the only McDonald's I've visited in Sweden. Compared to Germany, prices are significantly lower, while waiting for your order takes significantly longer. In fact, unbelievably long. The food looks good and is prepared carefully (e.g. no burnt burgers). Staff is friendly, but seems not really motivated to keep the place clean. WiFi works fine, but not in the back of the restaurant.

I wouldn't give a star for this Mcdonald in Svedala, Sweden. The personnel that handles the food does not use gloves! The floor is dirty. The bathroom is dirty & no washing soap. The whole restaurant looks messy! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person kr 1–100

Avoid this restaurant. Our experience was so terrible we write this review for other people to avoid this. We have today waited more than 30 minutes after having ordered food from macDrive. When we finally got our food there was no sorry or excuse from the employes. The service was literally non- existing. But the most annoying thing was that we paid for 2 burgers and 2 drinks which was not in our bags. We did not realize before we were back on the road. On top of all this the burgers were cold, the fries were cold... We will take a break from McDonalds for some time and definetely never get back to McD in Svedala. The place is not working well .

A new manager in this McDonald's is a huge success. Earlier this was one of the worst McDonald's in Sweden. Now it's clean and proper, and the servings are very fast. Credits to the new manager and his ability to make his staff effective and thereby give me as a customer a pleasant visit I McDonald's Svedala.

If anyone from Mcdonald's Quality Control is reading this you should be concerned. This is the slowest McDonald's in the whole world. This is why conglomerates are failing. You hired few people, and it certainly took 50% more to service everyone. I waited more than 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 apple pies. You will no longer waste my time.

I didn't get what I had paid for… I was complaining about that there were no dressing in my chicken junior hamburgers like there use to be and the explanation that I got was that it's how it supposed to be without the employee looking at the food. I couldn't eat without the dressing so I gave the food back. I lost my money and my lunch time for this bad service and bad hamburger that I couldn't eat. I walked away from McDonald's really mad and hungry because apparently it's not enough for a costumer to beg for getting what they have paid for. This happened 25/09 2014 at 11.25 AM.
