For the 9th time this summer since June and tonight at 10pm both the frozen Coke & Dr Pepper were the only 2 of the 8 with red lights indicating not frozen yet. For this to happen every day is poor business. If the demand is so high for these 2 flavors then why not double them and cut 2 flavors that never have red lights because of their lack of popularity. I walk out and don’t even buy my gas every time this happens. I will take the time to go out of my to Carson 7-11 for gas and their frozen Coke is always ready to go.

I have done this 3 times now. I hope this one gets through. Robbie is an awesome employee for your company. He helped me tremendously last night. I called to see if any ice had come in and he didn't say "NO" right off the bat but did ask how badly I needed it. I explained my circumstances and he said to come right on down and he would help me. I live off grid. I watch every penny in gas. I'm on S/S and times are tight. I use my Maverick card more than any other form of payment. I called and spoke to the manager on duty today to forward my message . She said the ice maker doesn't work well and corporate needs to get this store a new one. As barren as we are on options I would think corporate would take this under consideration to keep our little community happy to have the convenience to shop at this Mavericks market. Thank you Robbie for your professional and outstanding customer service. Not to many would have been so helpful. You are a rare breed in the dying field of outstanding customer service. So this is the service station, no gas station the service part left many years ago. Anyway, it has a minimart their gas prices are average for our town, I get gas there sometimes..

Some of the cheapest gas between Fernley and Carson City. Store and restrooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Love Maverick bc it's clean, well lit always has clean bathrooms. If they could just be competitive on gas prices and what they charge for convenience items, Maverick would be my new favorite place.
