Great food and service. Appetizers were fried mushrooms and skillet fries smothered with bacon. The main dish was a customized version of their grilled shrimp and pasta cooked to perfection. I ordered carryout and my order was missing food. The food that I received was overcooked and diffucult to chew. I didn't finish it. It was trash. I called and spoke to a manager (Katelyn) and her resolution was just as underwhelming as the food. I think this was my last time patronizing Magel's. It's not what it used to be. My wife and I were in Paris seeing our Son and his family and we went to eat. The place was not overly crowded and our server was Raina. When we were ordering she told us that due to some big groups that it might take a little while to get our food, but it turned out not too bad. She did a great job of keeping us taken care of.
