Food was good, not spectacular, but good. Girls working were very very nice, but everyone there is in need of training. Manager needs to help them get a better flow. Tables sat dirty the whole time we were there. Never refilled our chips. Business was very slow at the time so I hate to think how much they struggle when it’s busy..

Tried this location for a late lunch for the first time. We were asked what kind of seating we wanted and said "booth". Was told a 25-30min wait. Received a text after 30mins and the hostess said "I have a table ready but it's not a booth". "another 30 minutes for a booth". We said "nevermind" and turned around and left.

We were so excited to have a macayos near us but today had a horrible experience. First we arrived and seen several tables available and we requested the end table but was told that they were not sitting anyone there and 5 minutes later sat another party there. We then got seated and we ordered tea with extra ice and received tea with no ice, we then requested a cup of ice that we had to ask the waitress to bring 3 times until she finally brought it. We had no silver wear and was told that they had no clean silver wear in the restaurant and we would have to wait. At this point we just wanted to leave and asked for the check. We asked for 2 seprate bills and half our party paid and left and when I received our bill it was $24 but when they ran my card they ran it for $29. I asked for the manager and was told they gave me the other parties bill. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ! DRIVE TO THE NEXT CLOSEST MACAYOS! TRUST ME IT WILL SAVE YOU SO MUCH HASTLE Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the third review I have ever written. From the time my family was greeted by our server Marcus he was spot on. He was extremely respectful, well mannered and did everything perfectly. I was so impressed by attention to detail and hospitality that I stopped eating to find a manager to let them know that Marcus was an absolute Allstar employee. Went for a friend's birthday and had so much fun. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Our server AJ was amazing. AJ was very friendly, service was excellent, and my drink never went dry. There are few Mexican restaurants in the valley I would return to. This one, is definitely one I will come back to. Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It took an extremely long time to get food. We just heard excuses. This second time here and same experience. Manager came by and said he would return after we got our food...this did not happen. Not like the Macayos of years past.
