i hate to give this a 3 star review b/c the food was actually very good i walked to the bakery this last saturday and sunday. it had snowed the previous day, so was icy and also very cold (wind chill at below 10). On Saturday, when the bakery was open, I stood outside with no one acknowledging me being there for minutes. Finally, a staff member with red hair and a beanie saw him and again, just ignored me. i had to then walk inside to a side entrance to basically flag the same person and ask if i could be served. the woman didnt say or acknowledge anything, or even my inconvenience. i normally wouldnt complain about this but it was -10 degrees! i went back on sunday and didnt have any issues. the baked goods were excellent, but service was disappointing Food: 5 Service: 3
