Ordered the General Tso chicken and it was very underwhelming. Looks like they just friend a giant chicken breast and then sliced it. It was dry and the sauce wasn’t thick enough. The sushi was falling apart from not enough rice being rolled tightly. Overall just felt like the cook was lazy and didn’t take the proper measures for a delicious meal. My first time eating here. The employees were very personable and helpful. The atmosphere inside of the restaurant was casual and welcoming, in addition to being clean. The food was delicious. Today we had lunch. I ordered sushi and husband ordered a beef and vegetable dish. . I got my sushi and waitress said husbands dish up next. He waited 15 minutes for his meal. When the waitress delivered it she said it’s about time and laughed. I had finished my meal. The beef in his dish was so tough that he could not eat 8 of the pieces of beef. When he told the waitress, she just laughed and said, “they need to soften it more”. She had no clue, and didn’t apologize or offer to get manager, nothing. We paid and left. I called the manager later in the day and told him what happened. I just explained she needed to be trained more how to handle complaints. He said he would talk to her, nothing else. No apologies! We will not ever go back. Food: 1 Service: 1

We have been here a few times and this last time was the worst. Server brought my wife’s food and said mine was coming. Finally got my food after 10 to 15 minutes later. My wife had already finished her meal. This has happened the 3 or 4 times we have been here. I had a beef and vegetable dish and the beef was so tough it was inedible. I related this to the server and all she did was make a joke about it, saying “we’ll have to make it softer next time”. Really! There will not be a next time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
