High expectations, mediocre results. The Knot Norms team struggled to deliver on a medium/large order on a slow night. Food wasn’t worth the price. $15 for three spoonfuls of bisque? Also the pork belly roll was inedible as it was only fat with no meat. I might has well have ordered soggy chicharrones! As much as I’d love to give it another shot, I probably won’t. Cozy little quiet place where I make sure to go have a lobster roll whenever in South Norwalk. Their lobster rolls are on the generous size and are to die for. The downsides are the high price and the ever shrinking (but delicious) sides that come with it. If money is not an issue, make sure that check it out. We ate dinner last night at Knot Norm's, the food was delicious and exceed our expectations. My wife absolutely loved her Lobster Roll. I order the Roasted Oyster Roll, which was incredible, certainly the best that I can ever recall enjoying. The seafood was all extremely fresh, and the spices used, brilliantly enhanced everything served. The service was very friendly and accommodating, with the atmosphere just as welcoming, casual and relaxful. Highly recommend, either for lunch, mid afternoon or dinner. Really good seafood restaurant in the Norwalk area. The restaurant is clean and has a nice small town ambience. Food is really good and portion size is sufficient per person. Lobster roll and fish salad really stood out. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
