Went to pick up flowers on Valentine’s day, the price sign directly above the bucket of flowers below it said one price, then the flowers rang up for $8 more at the register. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, who was nice but I could tell she was hesitant about honoring the price marked above the flowers. She ended up honoring the price sign because it was the store’s error, not mine; I even offered to show her the sign they have above the flowers that apparently was incorrect, but they said it wasn’t necessary. One of the managers with short blonde hair made a snide remark to the cashier that I should have just read the price tag on the flowers, because it reflected the correct price on the bouquet. I wanted to say something to her because I found it to be so unbelievably rude, but didn’t want to make a scene. I could not believe this woman was blaming me for an error on their part. I work in retail, I know my way around a department store and how to read signs; the woman with the short blonde hair was acting like I was stupid.
It wasn’t my fault that the signs were wrong, and I should not be expected to double check the price written on every individual item I pick up at a store. The manager was blaming me for their error to her co worker, which is unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I even showed one of the managers where the incorrect price sign was DIRECTLY above the item and she did not remove it; they just left the wrong sign up and didn’t care.
This was my first and last time ever going to this location. You’d expect far more professionalism from the workers when the pricing issue was on them, not me. Never experienced something like that in my life regarding customer service.
The king Suppers Pharmacy at this location is absolutely horrible! Rude , they lie to you and they just seem to struggle to do their jobs. The text me to come pick up my meds, and when I get there they do t have them in stock. They have done this three months in a row. I just don't trust this pharmacy. I will be moving to a new pharmacy with a different company.
Was disappointed to hear a manager getting upset with a high school who is also going to community college for needing to change work time to accomodate ONE class. Sounds to me like the issue isn't people not wanting to work, but management being inflexible.
I only come to this king soopers sometimes when it’s closest. Today was one of the worst service ever. First my friends and I go to self check out and this lady start coming up super close behind each and everyone of us while we are paying individually. She then proceeds to start staring us down like we stole something. This behavior isn’t acceptable and is extremely rude as we were just getting some food. Please train your workers better next time I’ll call a manager to even look at my damn receipt.
Great store and customer assistance. They have gone above and beyond for us. The deli is the only department that is lacking in customer service and product availability.
