Seven was an amazing person to be helped by. she was super friendly and over the top amazing! we were here for a private birthday party and the atmosphere plus helpful staff made this the perfect place for the party. we will be back! 2 Pool tables in a rentable room for small gathering. Fun to learn to throw an ax. Good place for team building. Food comes from JJs across the parking lot, and pretty good chislic and nachos. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We just had a company outing at JJ's. Our 'axepert' was fun and kept our group engaged with tips & tricks and also helped set up some friendly competition. :) I would definitely recommend JJ's for a group or just a fun night out. Everyone had a great time! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For most of us (5 out of 7 people), it was our first time throwing axes. It was a bit awkward at first, but our 'axepert' was super friendly; she took the time to teach us different throwing techniques and give us pointers. I would definitely go back again, we had a great time. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had an amazing experience, a worker named 7 i believe taught me how to throw axes flawlessly and showed me the best local ale ive ever had, food amazing, service amazing, drinks amazing. That 7 girl needs a raise asap!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and it was definitely an fun experience. Loved the atmosphere, made it feel intimate even though there were other lanes filled with parties. An instructor was there to show you the basics of throwing, I needed it the hubby not so much. Beers and soda at the bar for those that want to drink. Make sure you reserve your date and time in advance so you can guarantee your time slot. Staff was friendly and owner was amazing. Would definitely do it again.

We had our company Christmas party at JJ's Axes And Ales. Our team had a great time and the JJ's employees were very interactive and helpful during our party! The owner, Tom was great to work with and made planning a Christmas party very smooth. Highly recommend!

Serious a lot more fun than you’d think. You don’t have to worry about bounce back like you’d think, unless you’re being really really dumb. Some of the crew are really dynamic and snarky and fun to learn from. Honestly it’s been really fun experience the couple of times we’ve been here.

Our instructor was very friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. The games they had us play made for a competitive/fun evening. 10/10 would recommend this place if you're looking to kill an hour and have a blast with friends or family

We had a great time! Our axepert was not only super helpful and accommodating to kids but also very entertaining and witty. They also have great brews on tap. We would totally recommend this for a family outing or a date night!
