Ordered 2 giant #13 and were gross and bland! The quality has drastically dropped since opening and this isn't the first time. I've had to ask to put some meat on my sandwiches in the past. When they first opened the amount of meat was worth the price! they've forgotten parts of my order that come on it, like bacon, which is ridiculous when you're paying $20.00 for a sandwich! The worst customer service not just in Laramie but In all locations. Asked what his name is he said Andrew (if that’s true) I wouldn’t ask him any questions about a sandwich he will rip your head off. Don’t recommend and wouldn’t go back. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
