They don't sell real Pata Negra, it's some cheap Iberico at best. Also it was very dry. I don't mind paying a good price for a quality product it's just that they charge a high price for a product that is not what is says it is. I know how bellota is supposed to taste and that was not it. I like the place, the service is good, but I won't be coming back because I feel cheated. Jabugo é um sitio super interessante os empregados são super atenciosos todos eles muito simpaticos e muito profissionais destaco uma funcionaria em especial Maria ela é uma figura chave no Jabugo para mim ela reune muita competencia e dedicação, mas segundo parece Maria foi dispensada pelo seu patrão acho isso muito estranho porque a equipa é excelente e a Maria está completamente integrada com a sua equipa e os clientes adoram a atenção e as capacidades profissionais desta Senhora. Mas todos estão de parabéns uma equipa brilhante fazem-me sentir como se estivesse na minha própria casa. Mas agora vamos estar mais tristes sem a presença profissional e humana da Maria.
