Terrible food and service ordered take out. They charged me an extra 3 to add beef to nachos(nachos usually have beef by the way) asked for just cheese and beef, they put onions, tomatos, lettuce ect. Call back for a refund and the guy wouldn't give me one. Told me to pick everything off and not to waste food. Then I informed him it was for my sister and she is very allergic to tomatos. He was rude and told me to bring the food back and he replaced it. Food wasn't being made until I arrived and I had to wait 20 minutes, while waiting the guy who I was on the phone with told me to specify better because "nachos usually come with all that" (they usually come with beef as well and it still was not what i asked for. Your menu did not specify, I did.) Nachos were burnt. Also had mac and cheese bites because they were out of deep fried pickles and they were disgusting.
