The food is excellent. I recommend the butter chicken, the chicken tikka masala, and the Sunday Buffet to try different dishes. The menu is large. My waiter was attentive and the food was served quickly. Will be back many times. Indian delight is by far one of the most outstanding Indian cuisine restaurants I have ever experienced. Every order is just amazing and the people and service is even better! Every visit keeps me and my husband coming back for more! Savio is our most favorite waiter! He has become like family now! My husband and I were looking for something different while traveling through Hattiesburg and found this place. It was about 12:30p on a Friday. We walked in and were immediately seated by a very friendly host. Server was out promptly and took our drink order and asked if we had any questions. The menu looks overwhelming at first but, it's not really, they have all the explanations below the dishes name. We were pleasantly surprised how good everything we ordered was. They let us know there is a new one that opened up in Ocean Springs. We will be frequenting that one often. I can't wait to try more of their menu selections. 😋 please do yourself a favor and check this place out, you'll be happy you did. Every time I eat here it is always a pleasure. Great atmosphere, food and service. I saw that my favorite appetizer dish wasn’t on the menu so to the menu being revamped and by server Savio went above and beyond to ask the chef could he make that dish. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing, delicious, phenomenal in every way. Service was just fabulous. If this review seems over the top, it's because the food and atmosphere are over the top! I loved that we could hear ourselves talk and the appropriate background music did not drown out conversation. The elegant serving pieces were beautiful, the servers were kind and helpful but never intrusive. The food was incredible. On the recommendation of my Indian friend, I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan. It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I ordered the dish mild (not extra mild) and it had a wonderful flavor. The naan was hot and jut the right texture. My friend got the lamb kebob with medium spice and it had a real kick. She loved it. Overall wonderful experience. Amazing food. Dal fry, panner pasanda was amazing. it has good spicy food. Authentic Indian food with lot of spices in it. Kids friendly, ambience is very awesome. Staff is very good and friendly. This is my new special place to go when I desire a break from typical American food. I love the spices. You can literally taste the culture. There are multiple vegan options as well. I can leave completely full while knowing my meal was healthier than any other restaurant nearby. I love the food here. I go there quite often. It matches my kind of taste. We were three of us and ordered so many food and it was so good had we finished it all. The service was nice. It wasn’t really busy when we were there so it was quality time with friends. One thing I wished was a little better is the rice which is served with some food. It wasn’t really of the best quality.
