Awesome hamburgers and delicious fries. If you’re used to the average super crispy fast food fries, you’re not going to get that here. But they are delicious and they’re in-house fresh cut potatoes so I did enjoy them very much. Moved to Lake Dallas about a year ago and started going to this location. Been good up until my last two visits. Went about two weeks ago and got a 3x2 burger. One of the meats just wasn’t cooked right and tasted awful. I decided well it’s the first time so it happens. Well, I went again last night and they got my order wrong and gave me old fries. I go to in and out because they’re known for their great customer service and never mess up my order. I never check the food because they were the best and don’t like to hold up the line. I will stick to the grapevine location and hopefully it’s just the Denton one that sucks now. In and out was my last stand for fast food, I hope they don’t turn into Burger King Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 2

It took over 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. The double doubles were fine, and the fries were horrible. Way overcooked and flavorless. It was like trying to eat little pieces of balsa wood. I might have complained, but I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for a replacement. I've always been disappointed in their fries but this was the worst. Standard experience from the California burger chain. It was busy when we did drive-thru on a Sunday evening en route from the Metroplex to the Panhandle. We did a double-double combo with an upsized drink and an additional hamburger, both animal style add chiles. No lettuce on the double and no onion on the single. The line moved fast and service was great. The food hit the spot after a long day. We often get out of DFW late, so this is in a great spot for turning off I35.
