If you haven't been back to this restaurant in the past year or so due to poor quality food and service, it would be worth another look now. They have changed management and staff and it shows. Cold sausage not sure why.... The pancakes were basic and the I ate that with a spoon because there was something gross on the fork. The server was a rude know it all!! I overheard them talking about how the cook had a second job and they were stupid. It was just weird and I will not be coming back. Absolute disappointment. We waited for over an hour and never got food even though the restraunt was empty. Waitress was constantly disappearing and did the absolutely bare minimum when she was there. She came by and told us she'd be right with us, 20 minutes later after watching her stand around and chat she finally came over. We walked out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

IHOP is one of my favorite restaurants so it makes me so sad to leave this review. Our food was amazing but our server was horrible today. We met our friend for breakfast and as soon as we sat down our server came up and asked what we wanted to drink. I looked at the back of the menu to look at drink options and our server asked my friend “is she always this annoying?” My friend looked visibly uncomfortable and confused and didn’t know how to respond. I ordered a cold brew coffee and she looked at my friend again and said “oh yeah she is basic.” When she brought my said coffee she slammed the cup on the table in front of me and sarcastically said “here I made it with love” and walked away. Our food arrived and halfway through eating our meal my friend asked for strawberry syrup. Our server came back and dropped it on the table and walked away without saying anything. I have never experienced service like this and feel this server (who didn’t even tell us her name) needs to work on her manners. My husband asked for a to go box and she didn’t even give him to correct box to take both his omelette and pancakes home. I hope to not have this server again in the future Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Just had the best experience here. Had a wonderful breakfast with my husband and two girls and our server, Alissa, was the absolute sweetest server we’ve ever had. My two girls absolutely loved her and she was already two steps ahead of us in making sure they were taken care of, including making sure their food was out first and still taking care of us, despite the busy morning they’ve been having. She was engaging and made our girls feel just a bit extra special, letting them decorate their own pancakes and having such fun conversations with them. We could not have asked for a more wonderful morning thanks to this amazing person. 11/10, would have her be our server again.
