Slow service, workers focusing more on talking with each other than serving customers. No real menus available, had to use QR-codes with our phones only to find that the menus online were only in Spanish. Food was good, but not possible to adjust order: you can only get what is written in the menu and if you want something else you will have to order and pay for it separately. I wanted a breakfast combo and wanted to change the meat to something non-meat, but this was not possible without paying extra. In the IHOPs in the U.S. this has never been a problem.

We walked in to the front desk, one else was waiting ahead of us at that point. Waited 5 minutes, and then a woman nonchalantly walked to the desk. She looked at us, by then there were 6 people behind us, and She then Completely ignored us and got on the phone. Another person, nonchalantly walked by us, a couple minutes later and we told her we'd like to be seated. She was indifferent and pointed to table as she kept walking and no eye contact. We sat there looking at the menu for 15 MINUTES while several servers walked right by us, making no eye contact. The restaurant was half full and there were plenty of servers and they definitely didn't looked rushed. Someweree just standing at a customer's table talking and talking and talking.....They weren't that busy. This was the most bizarre restaurant where almost all the staff seemed to not want to be there or want us there or were just clueless.... Also, the person who seated us walked by several times, glanced at us with a snooty look, and kept walking before I could get her attention. Typically, what should've happened is that she ask us if we've had our order taken Yet, and she would've got a server to help us. She just didn't give a cr*p. 20 minutes and not even a hello or a drink order. At this point I wondered how long it would be to get our food. I have only walked out of a restaurant once about 35 years ago. Today made the 2nd time. It was That Bad. I will Never go back to that location.

The brunch spot delighted us with mouthwatering pancakes that were fluffy and flavorful. The cozy ambiance and friendly service added to the overall enjoyable brunch experience. A must-visit for pancake enthusiasts.

Waiting, Waiting, excuses all around, staff doesn't care, wife Waiting on Juice, blood sugar dropping fast, wouldn't recommend this to anyone wanting good service. Overpriced for what you receive, at least in omlettes compared to almost every other place we go, always gave to ask for a doggy bag other places, nothing left here to take.
