I have came to this Hooters many times with friends and family, first time I had been in the last 2 years and without a shadow of doubt, it was the worst service I have EVER received at any restaurant I have ever been too.My wife, son, and I were seated down fairly quickly when we got there and then after 20 mins of just being completely ignored by the 4 waitresses we saw, they all looked right at us as they walked past to the back of the restaurant to have a meeting or something staring right at us as other people during this time were checked out and served food, we couldn’t even order a drink!!! It has been awhile since my last visit and now this will officially be my last visit to the Newnan Hooters…Douglasville has much nicer staff that has always taken care of us everytime, I guess I’ll just give them my business! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 12 Buffalo Shrimp Medium, only got 11, only half sauced, with pretty much mild sauce, and a pile of “bottom of the bag bits.” Also had a few beers, terrible head, and the last one I questioned because it was noticeably not full. Picture attached. Asked about the not full beer, was told, the head went down. No kidding? Well top it off! Nope! This is the worst Hooters I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in 20+. Just terrible, be better. Oh, and the bar manager was a fat slob walking around acting like he was doing something but just trying to be close to the waitresses. All around bad restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Our waitress did a good job when we saw her but when she would drop something off at our table she would turn right around when we weren’t done trying to get everything we needed to be settled. The food was cooked right but there was absolutely no flavoring or seasoning to any of the food we ordered which was breaded wings, fries, and tots. The food was very bland. Hooters also charges $16.99 for 10 wings with no celery / carrots, no side item and one dressing. A little absurd of a price for just the wings. Food was excellent. Hot fries salt and pepper are perfectly seasoned. I also had boneless wings with three mile island sauce. They were fried to perfection and happy to say no extra sauce was needed to make up for dry spots. Service was great..better than most of the ones in Orlando. Great first impression. Food wasn't bad, service could of been better. It looked as if our waiter was all over the place. But other waiters at 1 or 2 tables. I ordered food for 3. All but 1 person got his drink. Then it took 15 min to get his drink. I ordered a shot. Didn't get it till after the meal... waitresses were beautiful, food was good, but service was terrible. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My waitress, aliegha I believe, took 20 minutes to give me a water refill. She seemed to only have 4 tables, me being one, and took her time when it came to my table. It might be because I was by myself and her other tables seemed like a promised larger tips because they were around 3-4 people. Whatever it was, I decided to get the check and leave instead of get another glass of wine or two. She took around 15 minutes to take my card so I could leave, with 3 tables at that time and decided to play on her phone a bit. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The service was fine, but the food could be a lot better. Nothing came out hot. We had wings, curly fries, cheeseburger, and mozzarella sticks. We waited on curly fries, and then they were not hot when we received them. For the price I was very underwhelmed. Again, the service was fine, but the kitchen staff needs to put more pride in food being sent out. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4

I travel for work, so I’ve been to a lot of hooters. This actually makes number 68 different locations I have been to. And this experience was bad. The one good thing I will say was the appetizers were on point. Now onto the bad. Not greeted when walked through door, took 10 minutes to get drinks, not busy at all, all waitresses didn’t look like they wanted to be there, our waitress, Sarah was preoccupied with one person at another table. All she cared about, was going to that table, the wings were puny and over cooked. And bathroom was horrible. Expect a lot more out of Hooters. The food is usually good, and the service is also usually good. I would not recommend sitting at the bar unless you’re a single guy. Got charged $20 for two “shots” of Jameson but it was a shot split into two. That’s ridiculous. Please do better. Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

You call this food? I got a 5 piece chicken tender with waffle fries. The chicken was so overcooked that it wasn't edible. The waffle fires well might as well say I didn't even get any of those. I literally got 6 waffle fires, which I had to pay extra for to upgrade. I also asked for them to be extra crispy, and they were soggy as hell. Don't recommend!
