Super slow service at drive through.
36 min. to get an order, I'd call it the slowest fast food restaurant on earth. Unpleasant stuff, don't speak Latvian, well better to avoid this place. Even "restaurant" manager doesn't speak english :((.
Order delivered incorectly, one burger was missing. Stuff had no name tags, easy to say "it wasn't me" :). Restaurant area was close to clean, but atea where food is prepared and served was dirty. In global I like Hesburger, but Ventspils one, for God sake, never again!

After reading latest reviews I was afraid to visit this place. But my experience was very good. - Fast drive through. And very delicious fries and wraps.

If you are looking for a quick meal, avoid at all costs. Waiting times are beyond acceptable.
Ordered through the app a bacon cheeseburger meal as soon as I entered the restaurant, waited for over half an hour. Once I have been waiting for 25 minutes and nobody even bothered to ask if I am waiting for food or if I had a mobile order, I asked what’s happening because I’ve never had to wait this long for just one meal (I would understand if it was more busy and a larger order).
The cashier just said “not ready” and nothing else. Only then the meal was packed after employees finished chatting.
Got home and the food was almost cold.
This is by far the worst Hesburger branch I have visited.
They should consider hiring more employees and improve on customer service. 😒

Keep your bill after ordering your meal, since two ladies working at the place might deliver you not the full order. It is not a financial loss, but when you leave your teenage kids to eat at the place and they cannot get what they’ve ordered is a big shame. The kids tried to get ladies’ names, but they turned the backs of their nametags and afterall didn’t come out of the personel rooms. What a shame!
Too less salt on fries, you have to remind your order becauas they forget to give you what you ordered. 2nd floor looks too messy to eat there. Restroom was so filthy i did not even risk washing hands in there. They should definetly work on serving quality and cleanliness of halls.
