This is the worst carbonara ever in my life. This is only a pasta with cooking cream, some cheap ham, lot of black pepper, and little bit of parmesan cheese. My wife and me also find at the pasta something like little stones. The pizza (spyce pepperoni) was 40 min waiting. Not best , not bad 4 star. Never back again! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Horrible experience at this restaurant. They let us sit at 17:55. After 10 minutes we could order the drinks and 10 mins later we ordered. After almost 2 hours waiting at the table with no sign of our food we chose to go. We really had enough of it. I had my child crying of hunger and could not wait any longer. Maybe it's not the fault of the personnel working there but the management sucks!!!! If you know that you are short with the staff, don't let the customer come in and let them know at the start that you will have to wait forever for your order. You can not have only 1 chef making all the pizzas, it's ridiculous! Not normal. 2 times I visited your restaurant. The first time the pizza was uneatable. I ordered one with mozzarella di buffalo and some other ingredients but my pizza was just FULL of tomato sauce and nothing else. It was disgusting .So after months i wanted to give another chance but seems i made a huge mistake.. As an Italian I feel offended by the name of your restaurant. This is not how you make pizzas/pasta and how you treat your customers. Just close it for good sake. There is nothing to be happy there. Happy Italy? You should call it UNhappy Italy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Person at the front desk was constantly on his phone. Only looked up shortly to say we could pick any seat near the window. We were not acknowledged by the wait personnel for a while. Decided to make my order quick and got surprised with a burned pizza (black charcoal on the corners) and the pasta was not tasty at all... Next time I am going to try nearby Pappagallo or go to Vapiano... Obviously, I did not tip for which I was clearly "rewarded" by not getting a goodbye when I said bye. This way Happy Italy will not be around for long. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had a great time there despite not being able to choose where we wanted to sit. The downside was seeing one of the cooks/bakers lick his finger🤢 which definitely showed the lack of hygiene. Seriously that is a no-no. Wonder if they could use gloves or at least not lick their fingers!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Delicious and nice service. The only thing I wish to improve is the drink „Hugo“, which is really tasteless and horrible as it is served from one bottle. Please use real prosecco mixed with mint and sirup to do it fresh. Really good drought beer, though. Pasta and pizza are good. Recommend it!

Italians are turning in their grave considering what they are serving here! Pasta is overcooked to the point of disintegration and pizza is just one tasteless fat circle of dough. Would definitely not recommend going here if you appreciate decent food. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Terrible service. Waiters don't engage out check on customers nearly enough. Food is good , huge portions and cheap though. If you can deal with the bad service then it's fine. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–20

Nice place, good food as always. Service could be a little more proactive. Drinks came after the food. And they didn't come and ask for another round in a long time. All in all a nice and inexpensive place to eat.

Good food, great location and good pricing. They let you order in the restaurant with your phone, which I think is lovely, not having to wait for a waiter and no hassle with paying afterwards. Overall great experience and definitely coming back soon with my friends.
