Great local bakery, Jason provided exceptional service and even let me sample a piece of Popeye Bread. Wait time was a little long but was well worth it especially with the large number of customers. I Highly recommend you try it.
Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the logo tag was IN my salad.. got about half way through and there it was. Didn’t care to finish it🤢

This location is the best! So accommodating and kind and such a fun environment to be in. I have had nothing but the best service there. Today I went in on the wrong day for one of their rotating loaves and they went out of their way to make sure I left happy with some good bread! 10/5 stars!
When one is banned from a place of public accommodation, there needs to be a presumed reason. I got none. Hours before Passover began, while I may still eat bread, I got the news from the boy with eyeglasses. He is no philo-Semite. I assume it is because I am neither sufficiently prosperous nor glamorous by his standards. He needs to be the center of attention by any means necessary.
I went into this Draper Great Harvest on May 9, 2023 at 3:17 pm to pick up a loaf of pumpkin bread and cookies. It was my first time at this location. In addition to the pumpkin bread and cookies the cashier (Abriel) added a loaf on Cherry White Chocolate bread for $7.25 to my order which I was not buying. I didn't notice this added charge until I got home. I called the store and talked to a young man and explained that I was overcharged. He said there was nothing he could do but that he'd talk to the store manager right away and have him credit my card for $7.25 plus tax. This was over a week ago and I have not received a credit or heard a word from the manager. I am mad! I wonder if they often just add an extra item to a customers bill and get away with it. I will never go in this store and be ripped off again. Be sure to check your total before you pay!
My last experience at the great harvest in draper was less than satisfactory. Not to say all great harvests are bad or even this location is terrible, however I would like to share my expiration in hopes to right the wrongs. I was on a break from work and decided to get a sandwich. I prefaced right away that I was VEGAN so I'd need some modifications (no cheese no meat). The woman seemed to understand and said she'd make me a sandwich! GREAT! I paid, and waited. And then I was waiting over 15 minutes and really needed to head back to work. As I waited, what seemed to be a friend or a regular came in and the lady making my sandwich seemed to get side tracked. That wouldn't be a problem if perhaps another employee picked up the responsibility. But the employee who should have done so was too busy peeling carrots THE SLOWEST IVE EVER SEEN ANYONE PEEL CARROTS. I finally went up to the counter and expressed how i needed to go back to work. The carrot peeler seemed to looked confused then when over and just, got my sandwitch!? Like, it had been ready just nor delivered? I was walking out in a rush, opened the sandwich and it wasn't even what i had ordered. It was loaded with cheese. I literally cannot eat cheese because of health reasons. So I walked back in just asking for a refund because I was already late to getting back. I paid with my debit card and tipped. They simply handed me $10 bill. I tried to explain how that wasnt enoighy and that i had also left a tip. Also, I would just like it back on my card. For some reason they couldn't do that?? So sketchy. Very frustrating. Probably will not return to that location. Disappointed to say the least. I have worked in customer service since I started working and this was just ridiculous. Get it together.
Pumpkin bread was good. Of course the inflation of prices, I had to cut back at going there every week. They rarely have the bread I want but that's not there fault. Inflation, pandemic or some kind of reason. I just don't understand why I would have to tip the cashier because I handed her my credit card. I'm the one that picked up the loaf of bread from the rack. They don't bag it. I don't get a sample. They are nice to me and I'm nice to them. I payed almost $10.00 for the loaf of bread. I'm just confused why I should tip because she ran my credit card. I wish businesses would pay there employees more so I don't feel so guilty for not tipping. Now I have to tip the cashiers! Yes it's better if I stay home and not go shopping. It should make the store owners, worker's and me happier.
Went in person (Draper)to find out about prices for a catering order, they were so nice, gave me an estimate of 7.95 per sandwich. Called the next day (11/05 at 1pm MST) and tried to order over 100 sandwiches. The employee over the phone and the manager as well, wanted me to pay 8.95 per sandwich, I explained that the day before I got an estimate with a different price and that I had that on paper, but they were careless and tried to solve everything with "sorry, don't know who you talked to, but there's nothing we can do, it's 8.95 per sandwich). They lost me, this order and future ones as well right there. So Chick-fil-A it is now.
