Food smelled awesome but we couldn't get anyone to take our order. Terrible service. I even went up and asked if we could just place our order and was told someone would come to the table. Waitress went to the table next to ours and waited on a local that had just walked in and totally ignored us. We left. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Love this burger joint. There's another one in Bowman, ND. Good burgers and a decent beer selection. Can't go wrong. The only complaint is that they didn't have the things needed to make a Philly. Waited for 10 minutes before they let me know. The plus side is the burger I ended up ordering was on the table a few minutes after informing me of the Philly situation. Not impressed in the slightest! Very small portions and no sides included... so if you get a burger that's all you get, not to mention if you want tomatoes and lettuce with it, you must pay more for them. There are no refills on any drinks as soda and tea are either in cans or bottles. Way way overpriced! Will never go back again! Coming back from Mt Rushmore. Decided to stop at Grazers for a quick bite. This was my first time here, and the waitress was outstanding with her service, i ordered the jack burger, and it was simple but delightful. It's a quick stop for a good and tasty bite. This place is clean, just off the road and attached to a hotel. The wait staff was friendly. We ordered simple burgers. Apparently they don't come with fries and you pay extra for those. The lettuce they brought for my burger was rotten. To the extent of slimy. It never should have made it past the cooks or the waitress. My husband had to ask for his lettuce and pickles and still ended up with lettuce and tomatoes instead. When I asked for an extra condiment, I had gotten it towards the end of the meal. The waitress did give a 5% discount because of all the trouble. She was very sweet. But it's not someplace that I will ever go again. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Food took forever (over 40 min) when we were one of 2 tables in the restaurant and then they forgot my youngest son's burger. The food was mediocre at best and there were even uncooked fries mixed in with the cooked fries. Definitely not worth the price we paid for our meal. Wings don't even come with ranch, you have to pay extra for that, and the burgers don't even come with fries! Waitress dropped our food off and I had to eventually go ask for the bill, she never came back to check on us. Definitely won't be returning. For a little restaurant and bar attached to a hotel this place packs a punch! The burger was cooked to perfection and the tater tots were the best I've had in a long time. I ordered the Green Cow Burger minus the cheese. I could only imagine how much flavor there would've been with the cheese. The menu is a la carte so if you want fries with your burger it's gonna be an extra 3.19 from the appetizer menu. And notice the extra charge for lettuce and tomato. Just something to be aware. All in all ny meal was served fast, hot and fresh! If I was in Newcastle again I would stop and eat there again!

I ordered the Drop In The Bucket (burger) and boy was is super, super greasy. So greasy that I had to toss the bottom bun away as it was drenched in oil. I do not think I will order that burger if I have to eat there again. Or maybe try another restaurant completely.
