This bakery is a hidden gem. Iced coffee is amazing and the macaroons are incredible. They didn’t have the chimney cakes available when I visited but I will be back!

Gold Star Chimney Cakes is my favorite weekend treat! The smell when you walk into the Emporium is alluring, it welcomes you when you first walk in. The cakes are freshly baked and beyond delicious! The owner is always coming up with new toppings so you’ll have to keep going back to try all of her delicious and creative concoctions! The owner and her mother are so sweet and very friendly! Overall a wonderful experience with a delicious treat for later!

I never knew what a chimney cake was up until a few weeks ago and I’m hooked on them! I love that they are very light pastry with great flavor and you can combine with them with many different spreads and other desserts to make them even more delicious. If you have never tried one, it’s a perfect treat for whenever you want.

Gold Star Chimney Cakes are the perfect sweet treat! I love going and getting them fresh out of the oven in the morning to enjoy with my coffee. The owner and her family are always so welcoming and kind, it’s a great experience! Plus with new toppings constantly coming out it’s always a new adventure!

If you’re looking for a delicious pastry, you HAVE to try out Gold Star Chimney cakes. These chimney cakes are so unique and hard to find. My family and I go to the Emporium every chance we can to get these. Amazing quality and taste just as good, every single time. The business is also run by a local family, so another pro is that you’re supporting a small business. They come in regular sugar, cinnamon sugar AND an optional Nutella filling. Once you try one of these, you’ll be hooked because they are THAT good. Wish I could give this business 10 stars!

Gold star chimney cakes is amazing!! Amazing pastry and amazing service. The chimney cake is not only delicious when served, but the next morning with coffee as well. It’s the right balance of sweet. I love enjoying a chimney cake through out the weekend as I can just pull off a piece whenever I’m craving it!

Gold Star Chimney Cakes is an amazing treat! I had one, and I was hooked instantly. Then I went back for more after that. The presentation is really nice and simple. The spiral structure is also very appealing. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a sweet tooth. This would also be good as party favors.

Gold Star Chimney Cakes is the best treatment for every morning. Next to my coffee this cakes are making every begging of the day to be more satisfaying. The cakes are healthy, simple and absolutelly delicious. Also the owner and her family are very welcoming and they brings a smile on your face so easily. Make sure you try this cakes once and for sure you will transform this location into a daily stop before going anywhere.

Oh my goodness my family loves chimney cakes! I have 3 children in college that really enjoys them so once a month I buy 3 cakes for each child and ship them overnight to Massachusetts, Florida and Binghamton! They so look forward to getting their cakes each month! Totally recommend Gold Star Chimney Cakes!
