I truly wish I could give them more stars. The food is amazing but it is INCREDIBLY difficult to dine here as their hours are VERY limited, reservations are REQUIRED for Thursday and Friday dining, and they do NOT take day of reservations unless you call at 11am when they open. Such a shame because I would have really liked to support this local business more. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Very delicious. The owner did a fabulous job of preparing and serving our sushi for us. It was my first time dining at the Fusion 1 Cafe and overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. Nothing tops a scrumptious meal with impeccable service. Watching the owner go HOG WILD on a rude customer. I started hootin and hollerin, jumping up and down what a treat.
