Pendant notre séjour on décide d aller manger au Fuego, la seul déception du séjour. La serveuse prend notre commande, les plats arrivent et il manque 1 plat, on attend, le dernier plat n arrive toujours pas, on appelle la serveuse et elle nous dit qu ils ont perdu la feuille où on note le burger a composer sois même. Elle repart en cuisine relancer une commande sans me faire re noter le burger a composer, donc forcément quand toute la famille a manger mon plat arrive et forcément ce n' est pas ce que j ai commandé, elle a choisi un burger a ma place... Déception je repart sans manger .... On a pas demandé de geste pour la médiocre prestation qui est assez cher et ils ne nous en on pas proposé. 0 expérience client 0 satisfaction client, aucune solution a nous apporter. Heel leuk themarestaurant in Centerparcs. We zijn ook in Evergreenz en Nonna’s geweest, deze was bij ver de leukste en lekkerste! Nachos als voorgerecht en de spies als hoofdgerecht, meer dan genoeg en heel gezellig! De uienringen als extra zijn ook zeker aan te bevelen. Tolles Ambiente fürs Auge...mega. Kellnerin sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen, Spiess für 2 Personen mit Filetsteak (Aufpreis!) Lauwarme Reisbeilage, Pommes waren heiss, die Würstchen am Spieß noch roh, Paprika roh, Steak sowas von blutig und kalt, der Rest lauwarm. Für den Kurs echt unterste Schublade..sorry. Very bad choice. We ordered the “Nojito” which is a drink for children on their menu and they brought it with a shot of alcohol (bad tequila). Food arrived more than one hour late and the place was not even half full. When the meat arrived, it was cold. Portion supposed to be for 2 people but unless is thought as a starter(which is not), is absolutely not for 2. Overpriced, bad food quality, cold, very slow service… stay out of this place!
