Just moved out here, I have always been a Frys shopper. The nearest grocery store to my new house is that of a competitor that I don't perfer. This Frys location is still 25 miles from my new home, but I still want to shop at Frys so I just have to deal with the trip. First time here was about 8pm on a Sunday and I have a full shopping cart of groceries $350 worth and I was forced to use the self checkout. I don't mind using self checkout for smaller trips but this was a lot of groceries and didn't feel like dealing with it. My next visit was last night, both the east and west doors were closed (even though you're not allowed to do this while store is occupied according to the fire Marshall). Only door open was the middle one near all the registers, and the shopping carts were near the closed doors.

This pharmacy is soooo slow! An hour and a half to get medication picked up. All the technicians are slow and half the time don’t know what they’re doing. The pharmacist never comes in to help the line go somewhat faster. Overall this pharmacy sucks.

I'm in and out of here weekly. Self serve check out is usually quick but weekends are always busy except early morning. More people shopping here as all the apartments and new homes have been completed in the area. Still my favorite store for quick shopping.

I don't have much to complain about with the grocery store. I shop here often and also get gas at the Fry's gas station, for years and years now. I do however have to say that Preston who works at the gas station can be rather rude and unaccommodating. One day I stopped and got gas and bought some drinks and in past if I needed air they would always push the air for me considering I am a customer. But I was really low on my tire but Preston very rudely refused to push the button for me and even lied and said there is no such button. He just is not friendly at all toward me. Before the air incident and after. I actually look now to see if he is working before I decide to stop. A little kindness goes a long way Preston. I don't want him to lose his job but maybe he can be told about customer service.

This is the best Fry’s ever! A whole row of mobility scooters, clean and charged up on a holiday afternoon. Store is clean and wellness Staff was helpful and nice. Went there because they have a wing bar.

To many self checkouts and never more than a few registers open half the time, the new belted self checkouts make it even slower. They are often out of a lot of stuff in the evenings like they don't stock during the day or struggle to.

I was shopping there this morning around 7:30. Is it really necessary to have the lady flying around on the floor washing machine? She was weaving around people throughout the entire store. I'm sure OSHA wouldn't approve of her wearing her air pods while operating that thing. She was extremely annoying. Maybe you should clean the floors when customers aren't there. 🙄

This is a very clean and well stocked store. The Lady at the self checkout lane was good at her job. She was ready to help, and she saved me from lugging the heavy item in and out of my cart. She is a good employee. She knew her job, had a smile on her face, and was polite when speaking to me! I found what I wanted, paid a fair price, and was on my way in a jiffy! I will be a returning customer!

The store is typically pretty calm during the week Friday and Saturday's can be kind of crowded I really like this one employee that works in the self-checkout she's very personable and her customer service is always really good she deserves a raise
