We recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and were impressed by every aspect of the experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so pleasant. All of the needs of our party were met promptly. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From our wonderful server, Summer, to the manager/supervisor, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our party had a lovely evening. Their kindness made our dining experience one to remember. Kelly B was our waitress 2/6/24. From the time we were seated until we finished checking out with her at the register she was smiling and gracious. I would like to be able to say that about all the Frisch’s that are running on two employees but, that is not the case. Thank you Kelly B for making our meal an enjoyable evening. Great, just GREAT! The facility was well maintained and managed. Staff meshed well with each other which spilled onto the patrons. It ha been literally 32 years since I have been to one of these chain outlets. It wasn't what I remembered. However, I was in no way disappointed! The other patrons seemed to be just as happy and comfortable satisfied as I! It was latter in the evening when I arrived and the drive through was still very busy. I was immediately greeted at the door from afar and seated quickly. It seemed to me that this operation was very well coordinated as if a sympathy. I saved my receipt to present to corporate office with an at-a-boy for all the staff! Wonderful eatery for the entire family and friends! Keep in mind this is fast food, but I'd rank Frisch's amongst the best in that category. Hands down the best fish sandwich. Order on rye with extra tartar sauce and a side of onion rings. They also offer a vegetarian version of their signature Big Boy burger using Impossible patties. Most stores offer a tasty breakfast buffet on the weekends. Enjoy!
