I love being seeing at customer service by many employees and not being acknowledged. Then coming back a different day to be given the silent treatment or how can I help you with . Nope just handed out her hand for the receipt no words just a mad straight face .

Had to use scooter they were updated, very nice facility under renovation but well maintained despite construction.

It was very busy but clean and nice workers. They remodeled some looks bigger and nicer.

They are a little pricy on most stuff,but their pick 5 meats are the best in town and they put them on sale for 14.99 quite often,also has a gad station in parking lot.

Food City in Chatsworth GA. Store is old needs updated bad. It does have gas which Dalton GA. does not. Chatsworth’s pharmacy is getting an addition they are taking over where the Family Dollar was which will help them. The folks in the pharmacy are extremely helpful and save their customers money if possible. The store has some helpful people too but as far as the younger group their they have a lot to be desired for the most part.

To the Store Mgr Lee! I have to tell you what a great staff you have in the Bakery! At the last minute I made a call needing something special made for my grand daughter. Some Rainbow cupcakes! Sam answered the phone and took the order and said she would do this..I believe she was new and this was something she hasn't done yet she said..I told her I was simple and she was going to do great! So when I arrived Mrs Tina had to make us a couple more for Birthday dessert..So A big Thank you to Sam and Tina
