On my birthday, my girl friends celebrated with me at this restaurant. I quite like their dishes, and they often change their menu. There was a storm on my birthday, and the power went out in most of the Saratoga area. Fortunately, they continued to operate, and the service was excellent! Cocktails are great, food is okay but seating is too cramped to go back again. In TYOOL 2024, prioritize seating for couples. Tiny tables where you're always afraid of knocking off some dish and are uncomfortably close to others. Bleh I'll always go back to nice comfy booths with dim lighting and nice music. Came to check this out on a weekday night. Quite full, only could get bar seating as a couple. The place itself is beautiful with very trendy interior decor. Was pretty excited to check it out based on that alone. However while food presentation was picturesque, it unfortunately only tasted ok, we had issues with each of the dishes. The Tuna Tataki was swimming in a bit too much soy. The Waguya Sliders were bland in the meat. And the short rib dish, while very tender, was overall too sweet and not savory enough. Our favorite food was prolly the truffle fries, which is a big miss for a meal imo. Drinks were amazing. Very unique and creative cocktail list. Try one with the buzzcap, it's a party in your mouth! May come back for the drink alone. Very trendy place, very nice presentation, but a bit lacking in refined palette for the price. We may try again in the future, the drinks were truly fabulous, but not sure at this point.
