Great pizza and excellent service but expect long wait time if you go during peak hours. You can share a personal pizza between a friend and pizzas are made fresh to order. Both my wife and I said that this place had the best pizza we may have ever had. Just know that on their menu, it even says that because of how they make it, the middle is soft baked. As long as you know that, I think you will love it. The dough is incredible and chewy, and the sauce and cheese are delicious. It's baked in a wood fire oven and gives it incredible taste. Service is awesome but it can get really busy on weekends. Stop by if in the area, you won't be disappointed!!! Delicious! Came here on Valentine's Day and was quoted a 45 minute wait time, however, we were seated in like 15-20. The menu is a little small, but that just means everything is fresh and they do it all well. We started with the frittura di pesce as an appetizer, and it was delicious. Shrimp were large and the calamari wasn't too chewy. The sauce on the plate was delicious. We split the burrata antipasto pizza, which was phenomenal! We also had the gnocchetti with pork osso buco, and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. Also worth noting that the espresso martini is one of the tastiest I've ever had. We visited with no reservation and were able to snag bar seats. It was a little cold in February, but the bar service was excellent especially with a 90 minute seated table wait. The Cannelloni was the best thing I ate…better than both of the pizzas we tried. The butternut squash pizza was okay…glad I tried it, but wouldn’t order again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The best, most authentic Italian, wood-fired, gluten-free pizza crust I've ever had! They will also make a gluten-free fresh bread from scratch upon request. This time we tried the risotto. It was also wonderful! We stop here every time we drive through SLO! Do not miss this place. The chef behind the gluten-free crust recipe should really consider selling it to pizza places across America. There is a desperate need. Gluten-free pizza crust is often a major disappointment. Amazing pizza! This is a true neopolitan style pizza cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the queen margarita classic pizza. We will be back to try some different pies in the future.
