Delicious as always. Good variety to choose from. We were able to walk in on a Friday night and immediately get a table and our server was friendly and attentive. Food arrived very quickly and hot. We've been here multiple times over the last 10 years with no issues but last night was strange. Friday evening and the place was virtually empty. The specials board was empty. No soup of the day, just their standard onion soup. We were a party of six and 4 sets of silverware were on the table. We asked for more and was given plastic silverware as they were out of metal silverware. Five of us ordered onion soup with our sandwiches. Soup was cold and had to be returned. They delivered fresh hot soup about 5 minutes later. Soup was ok. Sandwiches were good. Parking lot is dark, watch your step. I had the chicken breakfast. The chicken was tasty.. the remainder was greasy and my potatoes soggy and burned...I was very disappointed as the restaurant came highly recommended. With the tip,, I found the meals expensive considering the poor quality of our food. The server was skilled and friendly.
